Starting early 2015, IntoLife has a new project for restaurants in Oslo. We are focusing on how to develop your "green profile", using our existing solutions, and how to creat market gain for you in the industry. The restaurant market space is increasingly crowded, and the ability to stand out from the rest is hard to maintain. A "green profile" can give you this, with both cost control and marketing potential. And you get to do your bit for the environment as well.

Not really a blog post, more a point I want to make... if we buy food with lower carbon footprints, we save money AND we reduce our burden on the planet. Like I said, great food does not cost the earth.
IntoLife has received funded support from Innovasjon Norge, to further develop the solutions used to bring sustainability to the food industry.
This summer, IntoLife carried out a carbon footprint analysis with ISS Catering, to estimate the climate impact of the food used in 2 of their biggest canteens. Great to see big companies seeing the benefit of this approach, and implementing new solutions for good business and a healthy planet.
